v0.1.37 - Corrected Chatify install command

Fixes the install command in the rename notice: the correct command is uvx --from chatify-app chatify start (bare uvx chatify installs an unrelated package).

CustomChat is now Chatify. New installs and all future updates live at chatify-app on PyPI:

pip install chatify-app
# or
uvx --from chatify-app chatify start

This package (customchat-app) stays installable for existing setups but will no longer be updated.
