Fixes the install command in the rename notice: the correct command is uvx --from chatify-app chatify start (bare uvx chatify installs an unrelated package). Also aligns the package's reported version with the release.

Chatify 0.2.5

Fix the version shown by chatify --version, which still read 0.2.3 in the 0.2.4 build, and add a test so the package version, project metadata and installer release can never drift apart again.

Everything in 0.2.4 applies: context-swapping composer actions, state-announcing controls, exposed keyboard shortcuts, code blocks with per-block copy, and repaired strict UI tests.

Composer actions swap by context: dictate button when the box is empty, send once you type (with a speech-capable browser), send always present while an answer streams.

Controls announce their current state: the source scope button and every custom dropdown now speak their value (for example, "Answer depth: Standard").

Keyboard shortcuts are exposed to assistive technology with aria-keyshortcuts (send, previous/next question, chat search).

Question box accessible name is now a full instruction; a sources-and-citations line joins the composer footer.

Answers now render fenced code blocks, each with its own Copy code button.

Repaired stale strict UI tests (stream stop/retry, chat lifecycle, deleted chat topics) to match the current toast and sidebar behaviour.

v0.2.3 - Complete Chatify install paths and docs

Completes the rename across installer and documentation paths. The shared installer now pins this renamed release instead of the old CustomChat archive. README links open current Chatify documentation; release docs no longer say unpublished. Historical migration notes now show the explicit distribution command.

Run:

uvx --from chatify-app chatify start

Do not use bare uvx chatify: that distribution belongs to a different project.

Checks: 796 unit tests passed (one skipped), eight Linux installer scenarios passed, and 24 mobile/desktop automated accessibility cases passed with no detected WCAG A/AA violations or horizontal document overflow. These checks are not a manual screen-reader audit or a live model-provider test.

v0.2.2 - Chatify configuration compatibility

Includes the refreshed Chatify README screenshots and demo workspace title from 0.2.1. Fixes configuration lock parsing for the new CHATIFY_CONFIG environment variable, keeping the configuration page available when it is set to on. Legacy environment names still work. 795 tests passed (one skipped).

v0.2.1 - Chatify screenshots and docs

Retook both README screenshots from Chatify. Updated the demo workspace title from Docs Chat to Chatify, refreshed docs references, and replaced the old screenshot links. 794 tests passed (one skipped).

CustomChat is now Chatify. Same tool, new name: it renders an arbitrary site into a chat site.
