Accessing local printers

The Jacob Group has its own dedicated printer. It is located in the copier room across from Pierce 100F. (NOTE: This room should remain locked. You can use your office key to get into the room.)

The printer information is:

• Name: ** jacobsgroup-prn.seas.harvard.edu**
• Driver: Xerox Phaser 6280DN

The best way to access this printer is to manually install the printer driver on your PC or Mac. Visit this website for driver downloads: https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/product/phaser-6280/downloads. You should be able use the most recent printer driver available, even if that is obsolete for your given operating system.
