Prepare COARDS-compliant netCDF files

Guide to the COARDS netCDF conventions. This is a standard set of variable and attribute names used for Earth-science data files in netCDF format. NetCDF files must adhere to the COARDS conventions in order to be read by GEOS-Chem Classic and GCHP.
