FASRC is responsible for supporting the Cannon computational cluster. If you encounter any issues on Cannon, open a support ticket with FASRC at this email address:

FASRC holds weekly office hours, usually Wednesdays from 12-3, via Zoom.
FASRC also maintains a status page for the Cannon cluster. You can check this page to see if there are reported system-wide issues.
Judit Flo Gaya (jflo@as.harvard.edu]) administers the Harvard Atmospheric Sciences domain.
The following types of issues should be directed to Judit:

- Disk issues (or requests for storing large data sets on our shared disk servers)
