Accessing local printers

Local printers are no longer supported. You can now use the Crimson Print app instead. See the link below for instructions on how to install and use Crimson Print on your device. At installation you will choose your affiliation (SEAS or FAS).

Once you have installed the Crimson Print app, follow this procedure:

  • From Word, PowerPoint, etc, select the Crimson Print queue in the Print dialog box
  • Go to any printer or copier and and scan your ID in the card reader
  • Use the touchscreen to release your job from the queue (this will print it).

NOTE: In case you haven't used the copier for a while, you will be prompted for your Harvard Key login. Bring your smartphone with you in case you are asked to accept a Duo push.
