Revert explorer to Win7 style

This feature is mostly doing changes related to Explorer, that gets back the Windows 7 feeling.

Disables new Windows 11 context menu
Disables Bing-powered online search in start menu search
Hides the library folders in My Pc
Pins the library folders
Stops folders being automaticly pinned by quick access
Makes explorer open My Pc by default instead of the user library
Adds explorer on the start menu
Hides OneDrive popups in explorer
Hides My People from taskbar
