Holographic Tileframe

After a ball flows through the Holographic Tileframe, also known as the "Holo Tile", the current player can play a second tile from their hand whenever that ball falls through an empty slot. A tile can bounce off of the grid and land in a random slot, the tile is still spawned there. Useful for speeding up game-play and emptying your hand.
Trigger: If ball falls through an open slot, you may install an additional tile into that slot.
