Interim feature release. Highlights:

aim-sot Source-of-Truth subsystem — a committed .sot/registry.yaml declaring where canonical truth lives per project boundary; consult / detect-propose (propose-only) / verify (16-check) engine; per-CLI session-start digest + drift Stop hooks (default-on; AI_MEMORY_SOT_HOOKS=off to opt out). Ownership handles are preserved faithfully in the derived cache; consult is bound to the committed registry by stamped SHA + cardinality so it never serves stale or incomplete data.
aim-content-drift + aim-lore-hygiene — read-only sanctum/lore hygiene skills that never clobber operator content.
Agent-guidance files shipped per-CLI on install; sanctum templates aligned to a memory-type content model.
Per-source budget ledger for context injection; github-search now defaults to the github collection; embedding image prebuilt to GHCR to eliminate the HuggingFace-429 CI flake.
New docs/AIM-SOT.md, README link, refreshed POV docs.
