Ability to store a copy of the evidence file for the MCP tooling

With IBM Developer for z/OS on VS Code MCP Tools capabilities for Wazi Deploy, it requires to store evidence files at a common directory in USS.

The existing wazideploy-deploy.sh script should be expanded to optionally store a copy of the evidence.yaml file at a path that can be configured.
