Fixes the plugin failing to load: the package now ships TMDbLib and Newtonsoft.Json (runtime libraries that were missing from the zip, which made the server disable the plugin with a ReflectionTypeLoadException). Carries the 10.11.0.14 work: settings merged onto the report behind the gear (one sidebar entry); A-Z letter selector and lazy Creator-works rows for fast large tabs; green dot for streamable collapsed groups; music split into album-artist discography vs track-artist works; Refresh-where-to-watch task plus stale-while-revalidate availability cache with a settable TTL. Earlier releases (<= 0.14) have the same missing-dependency defect and will not load.
