Studio 2.2.0
Studio 2.2 makes the theme editor much more powerful: more ways to start a theme, and better tools to finish it.
More ways to make a theme
- Moods. Twelve one-click starting points: Calm, Cozy, Energetic, Focus, Dreamy, Retro, Cyber, Nature, Ocean, Sunset, Luxury and Playful. Click again for a new take on the same mood.
- One colour. Pick a colour (it starts on your Windows accent) and a colour harmony (monochrome, analogous, complementary, split complementary or triadic), and Studio builds a whole theme around it.
- Any word. Type your name, a song or a place: the same word always makes the same theme.
- Locks. Lock 🔒 the colours you like, and moods, colours, words and Surprise me keep them.
Better tools
- Fine-tune sliders move the whole theme at once: hue, vividness, warmth and background.
- Variations: eight ready-made twists on your theme (warmer, cooler, more vivid, softer, deeper, hue shifts, swapped accents).
- Fix contrast in one click, per colour or for everything.
- Screen colour picker 💧: grab a colour from anywhere on screen. The colour boxes also accept
rgb(…),hsl(…)and names liketomato. - Second accent: the colour used in gradients can now be set, or left automatic.
- Make Light from Dark (and back), so you only have to design one mode.
- Undo and redo (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y).
- Colour-blindness preview: see your theme as people with red-, green- or blue-blindness see it, or in greyscale.
- Theme files: download your theme as a
.jsonfile and open one, alongside share codes and the gallery.
Every generator keeps text readable: at least 7:1 contrast for text and 3:1 for accents, in both light and dark mode.
Updating
From 1.3 or later, press Update now in Studio (or turn on auto-updates), then restart DeepSeek Harness. From an older version, use Plugins → Add plugin → github:IRdotAI/dsh-studio.
Your settings and saved themes carry over.
