This update makes your voice clear in calls with noise suppression on, lets Go Live start on any PC, shows Epic, Steam and Xbox games as they really are, and lets you arrange your Discord servers.

• Your voice at a normal volume. Automatic Gain Control now works before noise suppression and brings a quiet microphone up to a normal speaking level within a second or two of talking. A quiet mic could reach a call 25 dB under everyone else's voice, so noise suppression and the gate held most of it back and people couldn't hear you. Gain control used to work only after the gate, rising 1 dB a second. It never turns a voice down, and a loud word never clips. The gain it learns for your mic is where your next call starts. Verified: on screen.
• Go Live when your graphics card's encoder won't start. Exo Capture tries your graphics card first, at your settings and then at lower frame rates and 1080p. If the card still won't encode, your stream now goes out on Windows' own H.264 encoder, on the CPU, at up to 720p 30, instead of not at all. Checked in code only.
• Epic games that aren't installed stop showing as installed. A game Epic Games Launcher started installing but never finished, Unreal Engine, Epic's tools, and a game whose folder was left behind after it was removed no longer show up as installed games. Games show their real names instead of Epic's internal code names. Checked in code only.
• Remove works for Epic games. Remove on a game Epic Games Launcher installed opens Epic's own uninstall confirmation. Exo used to say a game was removed when nothing had been removed; now it tells you when no store has the game installed. Checked in code only.
• Remove works with every store. Remove kept Steam's, GOG Galaxy's, Riot Client's, Ubisoft Connect's and Battle.net's windows hidden, so a removal that asked you to confirm waited on a question you couldn't see; the store's window now shows so you can answer it. Xbox games, and any game Windows has no uninstaller for, open their store's app so you can remove them there, instead of stopping with a message. When you finish a removal in a store's app, Exo notices and updates the game's card. A game the Amazon Games app installed is removed through that app; Exo used to say it was removed when nothing had been. Exo finds a game's uninstaller even when Windows lists its name with ™ or ®, and a GOG game from GOG's offline installer is removed with its own uninstaller when GOG Galaxy isn't installed. • Epic updates show up. While you're signed in to Epic in Exo, Exo compares each Epic game with the newest version Epic has, so Update shows before Epic Games Launcher starts the update itself. Epic games installed with Heroic show up too. Checked in code only.
• Steam games keep their Update. A game whose update Steam had started, paused or couldn't finish showed as not installed, or not at all; it now shows Update. Update also stays when Steam is closed and Exo can't check which games you own. Checked in code only.
• Xbox games in the folder you chose. Exo finds games the Xbox app installs to a folder you picked, not only in XboxGames. Checked in code only.
• Covers stay covers when you switch Steam accounts. After a switch, a game whose cover wasn't ready yet showed Steam's wide banner in its tile, and kept it for as long as Exo was open, even once the cover had arrived. The cover now replaces the banner as soon as it's ready, and a tile still showing a banner tries for its cover again each time you come back to it. Checked in code only.
• Arrange your Discord servers. Drag a server or folder up or down the server list and it moves there at once, with a white bar where it will land. Drop a server on another to make a folder of both, or on a folder to add it. Exo saves the order to your Discord account the way Discord does, so Discord's own apps show it too, and a change made in Discord's app shows in Exo. A folder with one server stays a folder, as in Discord. Verified: on screen.
• The right NVIDIA driver for GTX 10 series cards. NVIDIA's Game Ready drivers no longer support GTX 10 and 900 series cards, older ones, or TITAN V, and Exo offered them a newer hotfix driver that wouldn't install. These cards now get NVIDIA's newest driver for them, its security update driver, and show as up to date once they have it. RTX 20 series and newer cards still get NVIDIA's newest Game Ready or hotfix driver. Checked in code only.
