• Snapshot preflight and legacy route admission decode ordinary, unescaped ASCII
  JSON keys directly, avoiding repeated Foundation decoder setup. Escaped,
  non-ASCII, and malformed keys retain the Foundation path; validation rules,
  resource limits, and the public API remain unchanged.
• Refresh all seven README quick starts and the English/Korean navigation
  guides with the current 7.0 contract and shared, checked Swift examples.

Fixed

• The library skill consumer validator keeps SwiftPM diagnostics separate from
  dependency JSON so warnings do not reject a valid resolved dependency graph.
  Its SwiftSyntax requirement now accurately records the package's existing
  minimum of 603.0.2. The skill continues to support the complete stable 7.0.x line.
• Native visionOS regression probes wait for a complete activation after scene
  restoration, and verify the intended failing control plus injected and normal
  allow/reject/cancel cases. This is a test-harness correction, not a new claim
  about physical-device or historical OS behavior.

Maintenance

• Harden exact-head CI reuse, required-check aggregation, and forward-toolchain
  validation without weakening the release gates.
