JSMod v0.2.0 for 1.11.2

Add feature to set and get blocks

- Create two new namespaces: JSWorld and JSBlocks
- JSBlocks contains all blocks that it can find at runtime (=> Also supports blocks from other mods)
- JSWorld lets you set and get blocks (but not the extra data yet)
