• added support for automatically setting queue request speeds from the limits returned by the API:

 builder.generateQueueOptions(QueueOptions.createAutoGenerate())

• added a new sub-client to request those limits:

mineskinClient.misc().getUser()

• improved options for job status checking:
  • added an option to use the job's ETA to schedule the first status check
  • added support for exponential backoff (or custom handlers) for the request interval
