Codex Script Loader v0.5.13

This release restores Loader startup after Codex registers a second package application entry. The Loader explicitly selects Codex's desktop App entry and no longer treats the package as ambiguous. The diagnostics window also provides an Exit Loader button. These remain generic Loader capabilities; no third-party plugin is bundled or automatically installed.

Most Windows PCs use the x64 installer. Portable ZIPs are intended for manual use; automatic Loader updates use the matching ZIP internally.
