CHANGES:
Increased stability greatly in the event that the scoreboard server is down or unreachable.
Statically linked more libraries on the Windows version so that it runs on more systems.
WHAT TO RUN:
Run the ONLINE version (no suffix) to submit scores and view global scoreboard.
Run the OFFLINE VERSION (_offline suffix) to not submit scores and not view global scoreboard.
If I ever shut down the server, the ONLINE version will run, but you'll get a JSON parsing error every time it tries to get the scoreboard.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE WINDOWS ONLINE VERSION
The Windows online version requires the DLLs in the zip to run at all. The OFFLINE Windows version will run okay without them.
