The first public release of TODO Flow — pick the work and let replaceable agents carry it forward.

Register reviewable HTML TODOs, select tracks, and run them in separate Git worktrees. Durable filesystem state lets another worker continue the work, while the dashboard shows current tasks, owners and decision waits.

Included

  • todo-flow and trackrun CLI commands, with project-installed agent skills.
  • Claude/Codex worker adapters, verification and independent agent review.
  • Optional GitHub issues/PRs and authorized landing followed by triage.
  • English/Korean project setup and dashboard UI.
  • Guarded engine and skill updates, compatibility checks, backups and recovery.
  • MIT license, public examples, dashboard demo and agent-assisted installation guide.
  • English/Korean workflow diagrams: todo → trackpicks → trackrun → watchlist → follow-up TODOs.

Install

Requires Python 3.11+, uv and Git. Execution also needs an authenticated Claude or Codex CLI; GitHub integration needs authenticated gh.

uv tool install https://github.com/JakeB-5/todo-flow/releases/download/v0.0.1/todo_flow-0.0.1-py3-none-any.whl
todo-flow --version

Continue with the quick start or give your agent the installation guide. Choose English or Korean during setup.

Validation and scope

The release checks cover Python tests, dashboard localization, package builds and isolated real uv-tool upgrade/rollback/recovery on Linux and macOS with Python 3.11 and 3.13. See the release commit checks.

This is an early release. The default endpoint is review-only; automatic landing requires explicit project configuration. One Git repository per project is supported. Built-in workers use bounded text snapshots; Windows, binary edits, file deletion and coordinated multi-repository landing are not supported. See current scope.

The wheel and source distribution are attached, along with SHA256SUMS. No package-index publication is required for the installation command above.
