Flow is a voice dictation app that captures audio, transcribes speech, and formats it into clean text. It supports shortcuts, learning, and tone that adapts per app.

- Open the downloaded .dmg file and drag Flow to Applications
- Flow will be installed to your Applications folder
The universal binary works on both Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) and Intel Macs running macOS 14+.
To verify the download integrity, you can check the SHA256 checksum:
