• Users can now report issues with facilities
• Admin can assign issues to staff

Events

• Admins can create events of which users will be notified

• Users are notified when:
  • an event is created
  • a facility is under maintenance
  • their booking has been denied

Sprint 2 Release

The following features were implemented in Version 1.1.0:

Booking System: A full-featured booking system has been implemented to manage facility usage.

• Booking Requests: Signed in residents can now request to book available facilities for specific time slots.
• Cancellation: Residents can cancel previously made bookings.
• Admin Controls: Admins can approve or deny booking requests submitted by residents.

Sprint 1 Release

We set up our project in this release with a React Framework, FireStore Database, GitHub Actions CI/CD Pipeline, and Jest Code Coverage tool. The website was deployed using Azure.

The following features were implemented in Version 1.0.0:

User Management: Google was used as a third-party identity provider to allow users to register and log in using their Google Accounts:

• Registration: Residents and staff members can register accounts on the website.
• Login: Admin, residents and staff can log into the website.
