New:

• Added a custom modifier icon for Uncanny Cat Spray, drawn by yours truly with my own hand

Changes:

• Changed Uncanny Cat Spray to actually do something! It now protects you once from death from the uncanny cat. It does not come back upon restarting though, so use it wisely! (This functionality can be turned off via a new yaml option "Buff Uncanny Cat Spray", which on by default)
• Changed Uncanny Cat Spray to fill up 50% of the filler with temp modifiers on, rather than being completely replaced (helps cut down on intense amounts of temp modifiers)
• Removed deathlink amnesty as a yaml option. This is now something you exclusively change within the games config menu.
• Increased the deathlink amnesty cap from 10 to 50.

Fixes:

• Fixed certain costumes unlocking through their vanilla methods
• Fixed the deathlink config option not functioning properly and not reading the yaml option correctly when using "Use Yaml Setting".
