Uncanny Cat Golf Archipelago v1.4.0

• Added a new yaml option, goal_rank_requirement, which adds a rank requirement to get in the level before you can goal it. This has the option of any, ok, good, or peak.
• Removed the All Coins check from 4-4, as its not actually possible to do.
• Fixed the peak checkmark appearing sometimes when it shouldn't on some levels, when peak checks are disabled.
• Updated the final message when goaling to be more clear about it being the Archipelago end rather than the normal game end, and have a display of the amount of checks you got in total before goaling
• Built the apworld on Archipelago v0.6.8.
