fix: refresh account config after Quick Connect setup

  • Refresh cached app config immediately after Jellyfin Quick Connect completes
  • Update the navbar from fresh backend config instead of stale localStorage data
  • Broadcast config updates so account UI reflects the Jellyfin user without a page refresh
  • Return Jellyfin profile image metadata from Quick Connect completion
  • Prevent the sidebar from briefly showing Local login after Quick Connect approval
