v1.2.2 - Fix table cell metadata support

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed table cell metadata support for both header and data cells
• Enable colspan and rowspan attributes in table headers via metadata comments
• Improved table conversion to properly handle first row as headers with metadata

🔧 Technical Changes

• Updated convertMdastTableCell to apply metadata to both tableCell and tableHeader nodes
• Enhanced applyMetadataToAdfNode to handle 'cell' metadata for both table cell types
• All tests now pass including the table cell metadata test

📝 Usage

You can now use metadata comments for table cell attributes in both header and data rows:

Header 1	Header 2
Cell 1	Cell 2
Cell 3	Cell 4
```

This will correctly apply colspan to the header cell and rowspan to the data cell.
