Superseded — there is no reason to run this version.
An attempt to stop the change from a never-confirmed broadcast counting toward asset balances. The intent was right, but the rule was too broad and hid holdings that were genuinely still owned.
Reverted in v4.0.38; the correct fix shipped in v4.0.39.
