DigiAsset balances count only what the wallet still holds.

The wallet was showing more of an asset than it held — for example 18 units for a holding of 10. The cause was a rule that let an asset row keep counting on the strength of where its record came from, even when the wallet could no longer confirm it still held that output.

The rule is now strict: a holding counts only if the wallet still holds that exact output on-chain. Nothing counts because a record once vouched for it. This closes the balance work started in v4.0.36 — if your asset count has looked too high, updating corrects it with no action from you.
