Windows: sound that stutters when the PC is busy

The game gives each of its threads a priority, as Xbox games do, and on Windows those priorities were applied to real Windows threads (on the Mac and Linux they never were). The thread that reads and decodes the music stream gets the lowest one, "idle". On the console that thread runs whenever the others are waiting, which is half of every frame. On a PC it runs only when nothing else at normal priority wants its processor core: the game's own threads, a browser, a chat app. So when the PC was busy, the music ran dry and stuttered.

Every game thread now runs at normal priority on Windows, as on the other platforms; the game still reads back the priorities it set. The engine's own sound thread, which mixes what the speakers play, runs at high priority on Windows, so that a busy moment delays the picture rather than the sound.

Tested under Wine: the game starts and runs its title screen as before. Wine does not apply thread priorities, so the stutter itself could not be reproduced there. If the sound still stutters for you, attach last-run.log (in %LOCALAPPDATA%\JSRF Unleashed) to a bug report.

Only the Windows download is new: the others are 0.5.0's, unchanged (0.5.0 made new textures appear about six times faster and keeps shaders between sessions, on every platform).

Everything else is in the changelog, and installation instructions are in the README.
