v0.1.0-preview.1 for judging. The earlier release remains available as historical evidence for its 174-check candidate; this release contains the reconciled 203-check candidate and high-DPI interface corrections. ## Judge quick start 1. Download WatcherPreview-win-x64.zip and WatcherPreview-win-x64.release-summary.json. 2. Verify the ZIP SHA-256 from the release summary. 3. Extract the ZIP and verify its files against the bundled manifest.json. 4. Run RUN-WATCHER-PREVIEW.cmd. 5. Run the synthetic current-path fixture, replay it, and run the sibling-branch fixture. It does not contact live ChatGPT or Codex sessions, mutate a repository, launch DCS, or use private data. Experimental live adapters remain unsupported and excluded from the judge path. SHA-256 verifies file equality only; it does not prove publisher identity or general safety.
