Diff since v1.28.0

• MixedUnits now supports missing (#839).
• When calling isapprox with a dimensionless quantity as one argument and a unitless number as the other, atol can now have (dimensionless) units (#838). Note that the case where both arguments are unitless numbers only supports atol::Real, since allowing quantities here would require overwriting the method in Base.
• Promoting ContextUnits quantities with the same units but different promotion contexts no longer errors. It behaves as if the quantities had FreeUnits (#845).
• Performance of the show method for units and dimensions is improved by avoiding a boxed variable (#848).
