House Assistant 1.0.0b5 (Beta)
Neu

House Assistant 1.0.0b5 (Beta)
Added
- Heat per room: with a floor area per room (new field Floor area, 1 to 200 m², in the house panel), every reading of the heat meter is split over the rooms that heated since the last reading.
- The split is learned locally from run time, floor area and heating demand (target minus outdoor temperature). Phases in which one room heats alone teach the fastest; the confidence grows with the heating phases.
- The shares always add up to the reading. What no room heated (hot water, pipes) is Not assigned.
- New sensors per room: Heat consumption (for the energy dashboard and long-term statistics), Heat consumption today, Estimated heat output. For the house: Not assigned.
- The heating panel shows a table Heat per room.
- Heat meter read while a room heats: every 15 minutes while a circuit is on and up to 30 minutes after, otherwise once a day (meter options Interval while a room heats and Interval otherwise). Switching the heating on and off asks for a reading, at least 5 minutes after the last one.
Changed
- Heat meters and meters with the condition Heating day use these readings instead of Interval and Interval while the condition is off. Without the heating module the old intervals apply.
- The house panel shows the floor area of the rooms.
Fixed
- The settings dialog of a room (heating) lost the room's Home Assistant area when the room was added or changed. The house panel was not affected.
Upgrade notes
- Enter the floor areas in the house panel. Rooms without a floor area do not take part in the split; their heat goes to the other rooms of the heating phase.
- Rooms without a circuit (ventilation only) get no consumption sensors.
- The totals only change with the readings of the meter, so they never fall; the running estimate is in the attributes of the output sensor. Values of a few minutes are estimates (the meter counts in steps of 1 kWh).
- After updating, restart Home Assistant and close the app completely once, then open it again.
Everything else is in the release 1.0.0b1.
