Updates AMM route and cycle search to evm-amm-state 0.3.0, evm-fork-cache 0.4.0, and alloy-transport-balancer 0.3.0. Requires Rust 1.90. This minor release changes public companion-crate types; update the dependent crates together to preserve type identity.

The bundled TUI now initializes the full EVM block environment from its verified canonical header before starting the runtime. CI and packaged examples use registry dependencies, with no sibling checkout requirement.

Validation includes the candidate test and feature matrix, Clippy, rustdoc, optimized graph/runtime benchmarks, the live progressive-route benchmark, and normalized package/example builds. Dependency advisory scopes and informational warnings are retained in SECURITY.md. The independent routing sidecar remains a self-hosted beta.
