Caution

There were issues with the implementation for running abon, apos, atpoc in "simple blast" mode for this release.

Updates:

  • Re-organize where processing of DIAMOND linclust based representative to non-representative protein relationships occurs (now in prepTG instead of fai) and replace data structures to reduce memory.
  • Fix abon to allow for proper parsing of antiSMASH v8 genbank files.

Corrections

  • fix --single-query input mode that got broken in v1.6.1 with some reason changes.
