When a candidate applies, their complete profile appears inside your dashboard manager.

1. Review their summarized skills, experience, and click their verified Google Drive links to read their resumes or certificates.
2. If the candidate fits your requirements, click the Chat icon to launch our built-in real-time messaging system.
3. To conduct an interview, generate a link using Google Meet, paste it into the secure chat thread, and coordinate a time with the applicant.

To protect workers from scams and build high trust within the community, Kamayega Bharat issues a Verified Employer badge to legitimate businesses.

• Accounts undergo administrative review to confirm authenticity.
• Having this badge increases your application rates significantly as job seekers know your postings are trustworthy.

📜 Step 4: Automating Selection Letters & Verification

Once you find the ideal candidate, click the Mark as Hired button inside their application card. The system will instantly:

1. Update the candidate's dashboard with their new status.
2. Auto-generate an official selection letter PDF featuring your company details.
3. Stamp the document with a unique Reference Verification Number.

How to Verify a Letter:

If a third party needs to confirm a selection letter issued through our platform, they can navigate to our public verification portal and type in the document's reference number to confirm its validity instantly.
