User‐Seeker‐Guide
This user guide walks you through maximizing your experience on Kamayega Bharat to find, apply for, and secure your next employment opportunity seamlessly.
- Navigate to the clean Login/Signup portal.
- Register securely using your email address.
- Complete your profile accurately. Your profile acts as your live digital bio for employers—ensure your skills, city location, and experience sections are filled out fully.
Kamayega Bharat uses a decentralized file system via Google Drive links to ensure no file upload limits or formatting errors. To make sure employers can view your documents, follow these steps:
- Upload your Resume/CV and certificates to your personal Google Drive.
- Right-click the file (or tap the three dots on mobile) and select Share -> Share.
- Under General Access, change "Restricted" to Anyone with the link.
- Set the role to Viewer.
- Copy the link and paste it into your Kamayega Bharat profile dashboard.
⚠️ Note: If you do not set the permission to "Anyone with the link", employers will see an access error when attempting to review your job application.
Once you click apply on a job card, your dashboard tracks your progress in real time through four transparent phases:
- 📥 Applied: Your application has been successfully submitted to the employer's dashboard.
- 👀 Review: The employer is actively reviewing your profile and credentials.
- 💬 Interview: The employer has initiated contact. Check your real-time chat window for a Google Meet schedule link.
- 🎉 Hired: You have been selected! Your official selection letter is automatically generated.
When an employer marks you as hired, an official, verifiable selection letter is generated by the system as a downloadable PDF.
- This letter contains a unique Reference Tracking Number.
- Anyone (including future companies or background checkers) can enter this number on our platform to instantly verify that your hiring letter is 100% authentic.
