Short-term rentals

Kamra is no longer hotel-only. A property can be a hotel or a short-term rental portfolio: several villas at different addresses, sold room-wise or as the whole house, with deposits, cleaning fees, and a guest catalog that looks like a listing site.

Hotel installs are unchanged. Set Property kind to Short Term Rental to get the STR catalog, per-villa maps, and sellable-unit inventory.
