- Some addons, and TMDB with a key, list where to watch a title: subscription and free services for your country (a series' are the show's). They sink to the bottom of the sources, under Where to watch · other apps.
- On the TV, one whose service you have an app for opens that app (▶ OK opens …, listed first). Apps are matched by name across spellings ("Amazon Prime Video" = "Prime Video", "HBO Max" = "Max").
- An app that isn't one of your streaming apps asks once before it first opens, naming the app and its ID.
- Where an addon gives the app's own link for the title, the app opens on that movie or episode if it supports it (Apple TV does); others open on their home screen (Prime Video, so far).
- A service with several apps on the TV (three Netflix entries, say) only opens once you've listed the one to use in Settings › Content › Streaming apps.
- The country is the TV's language region (en-US: US), or the one picked in Settings › Content › Integrations › Where to watch: country.
