What you see Why, and what to do
A channel's sound stutters Some servers cut a channel's sound into pieces the TV's player stutters on. StremioK detects it and restarts the channel through its service ("Fixing this channel's sound…"); not for encrypted streams, and not in a desktop browser.
A big playlist is missing channels A playlist keeps its first 30,000 channels (up to 20 MB); its status line says when some were left out.
A Stalker portal is missing channels or genres Only its first 100 pages may have been read: see Stalker channels in Settings.
A playlist didn't refresh The saved copy stays, and the playlist says why. Reload tries again.
No TV guide on the cards The playlist's line says why. Not every channel is in a guide; Guide link sets another.
An Xtream account's films aren't offered on a title Its list is read once a day (the first time, a minute or two). A copy needs the same TMDB id, or name and year.
A Stalker portal refuses its MAC address Use the one your provider registered. Portals that also want a login aren't supported.
A DRM channel doesn't play Its license server refused the TV (many only answer their own apps; see Logs). ClearKey: wrong keys, or the stream needs a User-Agent, Referer or Cookie, which a browser can't send.
A Stalker channel doesn't start A portal may play one channel at a time per MAC: stop your other box's.
