What changed

• record that no professional patent FTO opinion has been obtained;
• define the current free/open-source, non-commercial project scope;
• create a technical feature map for future patent counsel;
• define the commercial activities, territories and representations that must be scoped before review;
• document the required professional claim/status/territory analysis and repository-safe decision record;
• prohibit patent-clearance and non-infringement statements;
• block paid licensing, enterprise warranties, investor representations and large-scale commercial deployment until the gate is reopened and completed.

Disposition of #90

This PR does not claim completion of a professional FTO review. After merge, #90 will be closed as not planned for the present free/open-source stage and must be reopened before commercialization.
