Can't build with latest Vulkan SDK (1.4.328, 1.4.328.1) (Windows)

Just a warning: The latest SDK (1.4.328) does no longer include vulkan.cppm. So when trying to build the tutorial with said SDK installed, you're presented with an error:

Only solution right now is to revert back to an older version of the SDK or to manually specify an alternative location of vulkan.ccpm.

SDK 1.4.328.1 added the module back in, but it looks like we need to adjust a few things as it's now running into build errors on Windows.

Linux 1.4.328.1 builds/runs okay for me here. If anyone has problems could I get some error reports? I'm going to try to get CI/CD to use the latest SDK to validate on all platforms.
