v0.04-alpha: Results screen and basic menu interface!

WHAT'S NEW:

• A level selection menu is now added, no longer will you have to edit the config file every single time you want to change the chart you're playing! Simply move up or down to select a level and hit the start button to play.
• A results screen now shows at the end of any chart showing accuracy, max combo, number of notes hit for every judgment window, and a final letter grade like most rhythm games out there.
• The base game now includes 6 charts for more replay-ability without the need to convert quaver charts. The same process still applies if you wish to add more charts.

IMPORTANT:

• REQUIREMENTS: Computer capable of java jdk 17, currently tested playable on a 2012 era windows 7 laptop with the following specifications:
  • CPU: Intel i5 3rd gen @2.5GHz
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000
  • RAM: 8GB DDR3
  • This is not the minimum, but what is known to be playable currently
