Changes

• Fix — Scoop updates on Windows: the Scoop package now stops a running ShareCodex before it updates or removes it, since Windows cannot delete a running executable. The old version's package does not have this yet, so close ShareCodex yourself for the update to this release; later updates do it for you.

• Server: download sharecodex-server-compose.zip below, then

  unzip sharecodex-server-compose.zip && cd sharecodex-server-compose
  cp .env.example .env    # set POSTGRES_PASSWORD, PUBLIC_URL and ADMIN_PASSWORD
  docker compose up -d
  

Update

• macOS: brew update && brew upgrade --cask sharecodex, or run the install script again
• Windows: scoop update && scoop update sharecodex, or run the install script again
• Linux CLI: brew update && brew upgrade sharecodex-cli, then sharecodex autostart on to restart the service; or run the install script again, which restarts it for you
• Server: set SHARECODEX_VERSION=0.3.64 in .env and run docker compose up -d
