• Fix — a device with a fast clock no longer hides the current quota: the server dates a record that is dated more than 5 minutes ahead of its clock with its arrival, and the overview ignores readings dated after now. Before, a stale reading from such a device, such as a PC set to the wrong time zone, could stand over the real ones and show the 5-hour window as reset, with an old weekly percentage, until the time caught up. • New — limit hits from Claude Code: Claude Code logs each request a limit refused. ShareCodex now records those refusals as limit events: the 5-hour, weekly and model-specific limits, server overload and sign-in failures. Throttling by a gateway such as OpenCodex is kept apart and never counted as a subscription limit. Only the kind of limit is kept, never the message. The capacity report, in the console, on the dashboard and in the desktop app, lists the confirmed hits by member and plan, counts them per plan, and marks the 5-hour windows they fell in beside the windows whose readings reached 100%.
• New — effort per request: each Claude Code request keeps its effort level (low to max), for the breakdowns to come.
• Past hits are recorded once a device resyncs (Settings → Resync); the server must be updated first.

• Fix — capacity scenarios measure each plan's limits: 0.3.54's scenarios took each plan's limit from the observed peak, so they reported the same result whatever the usage. Each plan's 5-hour and weekly limits are now measured from the provider's own quota readings against the usage recorded at the same time, within the plan intervals set under Plan history. Recorded usage is then replayed per 5-hour session and per week under one shared Max 5x, a Max 5x for each member, and one shared Max 20x. Each result is marked measured, derived from another plan through Anthropic's published 5-hour multiple, or not enough data; no weekly multiple is assumed. A table of 5-hour windows sets each window's actual use beside what the measured rate predicts, and limit hits are counted per window rather than per reading.
• New — capacity on the dashboard: the published dashboard has a Capacity page at /dashboard/capacity with the same analysis, under the dashboard's account names and without plan notes.
• Fix — plan history: times entered under Plan history are read in the browser's time zone, and an invalid or overlapping interval shows an error instead of being dropped.
• The desktop app's capacity view reads a new report from the server, so update the server along with the app.
