• Article processor: one Action Scheduler job per post inserts strong library matches, parks the middle band for Review, and generates only in the skip band when on-demand generation is on.
• Bulk Processor is now a persistent Run | Review desk (no numbered wizard). Review is grouped by article. Operators see run labels like “Today 09:14 · 40 articles · Inserted 28 · Review 7”, never a queue hash. Review filters All pending vs Last run.
• Generate-featured Run confirms the count first (N missing featured images). Style, overwrite-featured, fal.ai recovery, and unsafe-featured cleanup live on Bulk (Run / Review) instead of the removed Featured Images page.
• Posts list bulk actions: Process articles… and Generate featured images… open Bulk Processor with the selection prefilled (admins). Editors without manage_options still get the list-screen generate modal.

Changed

• SIM admin menu is Dashboard, Bulk Processor, and Settings only. Featured Images and Review Queue pages are removed (no URL redirects). Dashboard CTAs go to Bulk Run / Review. Last run tile opens Bulk Run.
• Scheduled automation and first-publish now enqueue the article processor instead of featured-only matching.
• Generate missing featured images is a Run mode with a hard confirm modal. Manual Bulk runs enqueue HOOK_PROCESS_ARTICLE (cancel unschedules those actions; deactivate clears them too).
• Running a selection collapses filters behind Change selection.
