Upload-time FIAA stays slug-only so uploads are not blocked on an API call.

• The post-edit matcher and the “insert best match for selected heading” command use the same AI path: opening the matcher queues AI ranking (does not run on editor load). No keyword fallback while AI is active. A failed queue returns an error instead of a keyword 100% list.

• Featured slug matching treats WordPress copies (-2, -scaled-1) as the original filename so a primary-keyword file still scores 100% (previously 88%, below auto-insert). The attachment file basename is indexed when it differs from post_name. Short species files still lose to that exact slug; keep them on Excluded Image Filenames when they prefix a longer URL.
• Admin menu icon is the original landscape silhouette again. The photo+check tile stays in assets/icon.svg for GitHub / wp.org only; using it in the menu made the SIM item blank.
