Review: click a thumbnail to open a larger image modal (Previous / Next / Approve / Reject). Approve all pending slots on one article, or Approve all pending in the current Review filter.
Plugin icon: photo frame + check (admin menu SVG, plus assets/icon.svg for GitHub / plugin updates).

Changed

Review cards show the first 10 headings, with a Show more control for the rest.

Fixed

Review Approve / Reject now show Approved or Rejected on the row (green / red), with Undo. Neither action writes post content; Insert approved still does that. The image modal stays on the same heading after a decision instead of jumping away.
