added lada support, set:
LADA_STREAMER_PATH which should point to your lada-streamer.exe or make sure it's in your path
also set:
LADA_MODEL_WEIGHTS_DIR=K:\lada\src\model_weights

works with:
https://codeberg.org/Kruk2/lada/src/branch/lada-stash
install it via uv pip install . and make sure that lada-streamer --help returns something

By default the clip size is 30 and uses v4-fast.
Python process will stay alive for around 10minutes if not used. Otherwise will be reused for different files/seeks
