Restores the config page's pageshow handler so settings reliably load and save again (the dangling data-controller was the root cause; pageshow is the event the official Jellyfin template uses). Includes the 0.0.4 features: VP9 (libvpx-vp9, vp9_qsv, vp9_vaapi), Opus audio, a WebM container option, the detected-encoder list, a live processing/dry-run status and the dashboard sidebar entry.
