Fixed

  • The stop / notification sound is now bundled with the app and wired automatically — it plays out of the box on a clean install, in every project ACE launches an agent in, on Windows and macOS. No per-project .claude/settings.local.json needed. The mute toggle writes one global marker instead of a file in each project (TICKET-0124).

Windows (portable + installer) and macOS (dmg, x64 + arm64) builds are attached by CI.
