修复游戏内浮层兼容性，解决部分游戏无法呼出浮层的问题。
新增工具内 NR 调参面板，作为浮层无法使用时的应急方案。
已验证：Ryujinx 模拟器、刺客信条系列、FF7 Rebirth（FF7RB）。

Improved in-game overlay compatibility, fixing cases where the overlay could not be opened.
Added an NR settings panel in the launcher as a fallback when the in-game overlay is unavailable.
Verified with Ryujinx, the Assassin’s Creed series, and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (FF7RB).
